This would not be a good book even if it was free. It's more like a Blog Article.
The clue should of been its only 30 pages long.
I feel cheated. The book if you could call it one should be removed from Amazon.
The book is well written, the author is knowledgeable of the subject and has done great creating a book which will help others.
This book details the basics of what is lucid dreaming is which is great for a beginner. However, this book is not just for a beginner as it also discusses the benefits and so much more.
The table of contents is valuable as it is well organized. It was helpful to me as I wanted to familiarize myself with specific topics I had read about. I was glad the table of contents was not left out of this book!
This is a great book for a success minded individual who believes dreams can impact their life. Have you ever wondered what a dream means? The answer was surprising to me! This book will teach you how to do great things through your dreams and in your dream world.
I especially like the fact that the author added so much informative information about lucid dreaming. It helps make it more understandable. However, it is not boring to even someone who is experienced in lucid dreaming as it helps that person delve deeper into experiencing lucid dreaming.
Sleep patterns are also discussed so you can be sure you are allowing time for the sleep you need to be able to lucid dream!
Another title I'm looking forward to checking out is:
How To Astral Project: Astral Projection For Beginners (Mind Body Spirit Classics)
You don't have to necessarily have a problem you need to overcome to enjoy reading this book and going through the information. Even if you are just curious about dreams this is a great book to help you understand when you lucid dream and how to have more vivid dreams that you will remember. He also outlines a schedule that will enable you to keep an accurate dream journal and explains what a dream journal can help you understand.
This author also has another book that is a great read as well for any reader called S.M.A.R.T. Goals. This is a link to that book, be sure to check it out. SMART Goals: How To Set SMART Goals (Mind Body Spirit Classics)
And I was really impressed with what I've read in this book.. I finally understood what I did wrong years ago when I first tried out lucid dreaming. Will be testing out again in the next few days and looking forward to control my dreams, becoming a superhero, and become a billionaire!
Even the cover is a ripoff of another book.
This book seems like it's copied off wikipedia. No point to get it

I'll admit to being skeptical about the idea of lucid dreaming. I had done some cursory research on the Interent and it sounded kinda like bologna. Read morePublished on July 24, 2012 by Judebert
