Bob, you were right! You do get to the point with your book. I appreciate that! There were several ideas that I have already tried and have discovered that they really do save money. However, there also were several tips that were brand new to me. I like #19 about tools, and I totally agree! If you can discover even one idea to save money, it makes this book timely and worth it! Thanks again for providing this resource!

I been following the writer's blog for a few months now so I knew what I was in store for. This books show you logical ways in saving, it is unlike these other books out here that takes forever to get to the point. This book is excellent for these hard times in the economy and you couldn't ask for a better price. I also recommend following the writer's blog christianpf.com. It is so many helpful money saving and money making tips on the site that it will make your head spin. Now pick this book up :)

All of these money saving books are the same. I have yet to read one with an idea that hasn't been covered before. If someone lost their job they are not going to be shopping for clothes and shoes on ebates - they are probably not going to be buying clothes until they get a new job.

This book gives basic, common sense helpful advice. I was hesitant to buy, being a frugal queen already. That said, the layout and specific ideas in this book are great and we can all use new ideas. Even I found new to me suggestions.

I am not using this as a twenty one day challenge, but rather trying to implement (or bring back to the fore) at least two suggestions each month (mainly because they say a building a new habit takes a month).

This is a great book for people looking for new ways (or wanted to be reminded of old ways) of cutting expenses and saving.

This is a great book with lots of money saving advice. Well worth the price! It's short and sweet, giving you easy ways to save money each month.

If you're already living a frugal lifestyle and have cut out the extras like trips to Starbucks and you're still wanting to save money, try the tip to negotiate your monthly bills (tip #1). BillCutterz saved me $40 per month on my cell phone, another $20 per month on my internet bill and another $50 a month on electricity. It's so worth it.

This book is a little gem. It's short, sweet and includes good advice. I almost didn't read this book because I am already one of the most frugal people I know but I decided that no one knows everything so I would give it a chance. I am glad I did. I learned a few things, one of which was how to do without cable TV. That's been one area my husband and I have not been able to agree on but this book gave me some extra knowledge to use in my arguments. If you read this book, I am fairly sure you will find at least one, if not more, ways to help you save money.

I found this book to be very easy to understand. The money saving ways were practical and doable. Several of the ideas I had already done and a couple of others I am in the process of trying and still others that did not apply to me. I became debt-free a few years ago and it felt great! But I'm always looking for ways to save. The debt snowball method is the main one I used in getting out of a $17,000 debt that was mostly due to an unexpected medical crisis my husband experienced. It takes discipline to save money and get out of debt. The one idea that I would have liked to see more detail was the one about cancelling cable. Being that I'm not very tech savvy I would like more understanding of how these other tv options work. But, other than that, this was a good, short-enough book to read for some simple ideas. Also, I follow this author by receiving daily emails that are usually short and informative.
