I really can't express it any other way. The talents of Peter Kater and R. Carlos Nakai are really amazing. I have many CD's from Kater and Nakai, and this CD is one of the best. Its emotional involvement and passion are present when you totally involve yourself into the music. The range of musical instruments, and the fire of the Native American spirit make this a CD that will be greatly admired.

This is a beautiful piece of work. It really captures the feeling of the Native Americans. I listen to this all the time. It is very relaxing and soothing to listen to. Definitely a masterpiece and will be a classic score.

This CD is an excellent meta-physical or meditating synthesis of sound. It combines both 20th century and Native American sounds that together provide a truly spiritual experiance.

It was my father who discovered this CD: I have bought it because it really helps to think of indians of America. Some pieces are fantastic. One of them has become my mobile phone melody

wheres the dvd for this sound track? i cant seem to find it... Shame it is... does anyone know how to get the dvd for the documentary?

The music on this album is of the type that makes you look inward. It causes me to reflect on my life and makes me extremely melancholy. Part of the reason for this is because I have also watched the documentary that the music accompanies. As good as this music is it becomes something else (no words to really describe it) if you take the time to experience what the Indian truly went through in this country by watching the video. Do yourself a favor and combine the video and the music. You are cheating yourself of something memorable if you don't.

I listen to a lot of different music and this album is one of my top 3 most played albums. The songs flow exceptionally well and pack a lot of emotion. This is a very moving work of art that is a must have for any lover of music.

This is an awesome CD - I would recommend it to anyone who likes Native American music!
