Great episode - why can't we get it without the commentary?,

This episode was one of the better ones in the series. Customers need to aware the episode comes only with Ken Wahl's commentary. His insights notwithstanding, I'd bought this episode with the hope of hearing the dialogue and to be able to enjoy the acting - which is outstanding. After downloading all 58 episodes available, I've found this one along with the episode titled "Sleepwalk" (episode 5 of season 3)are both with the Ken Wahl commentary. Why can't we get these with the original dialogue? This is an option you want in a boxed set, not an episode download.
