This book goes in depth and easy to understand explainations on the vast world of iso 9000 standards. This book ive heard has been rated number one for subject matter and content. A little story.....I was trying to look for this book at the library to preview before I buy. I askes the librarian to look up the title and where it was and she told me that the book has been stolen 6 times and one is 4 months over due. Every library I went to it either was checked out or never returned! I dont doubt it this book is The supreme of its class.
