This book is obviously home spun but full of great ideas for making these little AWANA or Pinewood Derby cars. It is conveniently set out in a step by step fashion, and shows how to use the tools and other equipment. The pictures are very nice and in color throughout. I needs another rewrite because there are typos in the text. However, if you can overlook the obvious typographical errors this is a very good little manual for creating and racing these cars. The appendix on the physics of the cars is great too, and some suggestions for organizing your club's race.
