This well written book, ostensibly showing a client how to select an attorney, is in fact a must read for every trial attorney, or potential trial attorney. As a paralegal for nearly 25 years, I am all too familiar with attorneys who go into Court totally unprepared. Robert M. Dawson has encapsulated in a very few pages what simple steps every attorney should do to effectively represent their client, and how the client may determine if their attorney is properly handling their case. This book should be on the required reading list of every law school, and is certainly more affordable than any other teaching manuals. Well done.
