How to Write a Story isn't quite what I expected. I thought it would be more like How to Write a Super Sentence. The book isn't bad. There are only four stories and then they have some resources in the back for making a writing center.

I am so happy with the results from using this book to teach my 3 grader how to organize and write short stories and personal narratives. His writing has come a long so well and he enjoys using his imagination now that he has been taught the tools he need to put it all together in writing on paper! This book has served as an excellent homeschool resource for our private homeschool.
