I ordered this book based on the reviews I read. When it came in I thought it must have been a mistake. First, I should have looked at the pics on the front and that should have given it away! Many of the chapters are about how to get a guy over here from foriegn countries and using phone cards to talk with him since he's overseas. Give me a break! This one is going back to Amazon today!!

One day I was browsing along in the book section as I always do, when I came across this book I never heard of before. It read so wonderfully I didn't believe it could be true but trying to find anything to help me find a good man I bought one.

When I read this book I couldn't believe what it did to me, not only did it motivate me and give me the will to try again. It taught me so much about where to look and why I have failed in my past relationships. I owe my new and exciting life now to this man, his ability to teach and give you all the tools you need to succeed is by far the best book I have ever read in the self help category. I felt obligated to write this and tell other women out there that have given up or who are not finding a good man or true love out there about this book.

I can never be more thankful for anything then how iam right now, for all this book taught me and gave me the ability to finally get my husband, whom I love so very dearly. 5 stars just isn't enough!!!!

Spending most of my time dealing with day to day activities like most of the women out there, I find it hard to actively search sincerely for the love of my life. Most of the time I try to go to places and social events that have turned up fruitless for me. I was recommended this book by one of my dearest friends who was bragging about her success after reading this book, of course I took her advice and bought it with hopes it too would have the same affect on my love life even though I'm not as pretty as her.

I wrote this review because I just wanted to do the same for someone else, a one women to another so to speak, I want to tell you that this book has everything a women needs when going online to pursue the man that doesn't seem to exist. I had so many questions and all of them were answered by this man and he walked me through it every step of the way. Definately my life has changed and my both my Internet and dating skills are at the point now where I can finally find the love of my life. he showed me how to setup my profile and it was even very decriptive on the picture I was to post, the most informative and cherished books I own now.

Not only is this book poorly written (states and restates the obvious), but it is geared for those seeking LDRs--namely, overseas (as another reviewer wrote). And let's face it: most LDRs don't work out, especially off the Internet.

The better book to buy is "'I Can't Believe I'm Buying This Book': A Commonsense Guide to Successful Internet Dating" by Evan Marc Katz. Not only is Katz a great writer in that he's intelligent, funny, and knowledgeable (he formed the Internet dating consulting firm, E-Cyrano, and was a consultant at AmericanSingles and JDate), but Katz's commonsense info makes lots of sense.

Save your money and don't buy "How to Get the Man of Your Dreams Using the Internet." Mine's going straight on the "Sell Yours Here" at Amazon. Yet, if you listen to me, the book will rightfully stay on "Sell Yours Here" forever.

Searching online for a date let alone the Man of my dreams as this book states has seemed to be very difficult. I talked with so many guys and when I thought I had one he proved to be just like the rest of them. This book gave me a new prespective on things, now when I go online and post my profiles or talk with men I have a strategy in mind. I never thought it would be like this but I thought to myself when i read the chapter on deciding what I wanted in my life that I was actually building the guy I wanted.

That's where I was wrong and I know that now and all the tips on the profile and pic and what not were priceless. I especially needed the chapter on what to look for when talking with them and some of the signs that they were definately not what i wanted. Even with me being new to instant messengers and all, there was a whole chapter on where to download them and how to configure them so that I would be ready for my search. Needless to say now here it is 2 months later and I'm right on track with what I want and definately what type of man I want. Not a success story yet but with what I know now i can definately tell it's coming very soon! Were looking for the needle in the haystack, and this book shows you right where it is.

Great book! Where to look, what to look for and very importantly what to watch out for when going online. If your new to looking for love online, or if your skilled and just need some great advice. This is one book you don't want to miss out on and definately can't put down.

When I ordered this I was surprised at what I found. As I read through it each Chapter talked about enabling me to search all over the world for the perfect man. But I really wanted to stay in Oklahoma, just a preference of mine because I really don't want to fly anywhere I don't like to fly. But the methods and tatics that were shown me worked and here I'am to praise the book that made everything possible. This book enables you to search everywhere it's boundries are endless and the Author walks you through everything! How each thing you use emails, messengers and pics are used to seek out and find the love of your life! Thumbs up Sebastian for this great book!!!
