I have been privileged to be in many of Judy Wright's parenting classes. What you see is what you get. She is very non-judgmental and supportive of families all over the world. When I attend her classes or read her books, I know she will not preach and give me lots of guilt or theory, but sound practical advice.

Often our family just needs a little nudge or change in what we already do. It really makes me reassured when I realize we are on the right track but just need to commit to following through.

Thanks Judy for sharing your stories and experiences. Our family appreciates it.

I read this book and admit that I thought some of the points offered were unique and just might work. There is much wisdom in encouraging our children to do things for themselves because the future benefits far outweigh any cost it might have in the present. I intend to go through the guide again to come up with initial ideas to try in my house. The book had so many ideas that there was no way to remember them all so I'm sure to use it as a reference guide.

I love Judy Wright's thoughtful, compassionate and fun approach to children and household chores. Her writing does a lovely job of inspiring parents to teach kids how to learn and grow (and still clean their rooms). Thanks, Judy, and for all your great writing at Artichoke Press!

I actually got to listen to this amazing speaker last night at a training class for my daycare. Her thoughts and ideas were eye opening. What parent wouldn't want to learn more effective ways to deal with their children? This book has great tips and more for those of you who are eager to learn and have a open mind. This speaker has had many years of experience with raising her own children, and schooling on top of that...I would highly recommend this book to the parent who is ready to throw their hands up in the air and scream and also to those who are just looking for a better way!!!

Judy offers valuable insights that are practical, easy to implement and most importantly, that work!

What a difference it will make for you to have your kids happy to help out responsibly and with a smile on.

What a difference it will make for your kids to understand important principles like personal responsibility and consideration for others.

Good work. Buy it, read it, do it.

Please lighten up and let it go twinny! She made a mistake, she apologized. Would have been better had the bullying part been left off, but can we move on please?
