PreSchool-Grade 2 - A mother cat gives her five kittens instructions about proper feline behavior, including yawning, climbing, catnapping, stalking, pouncing, and purring. The fluid narrative consists entirely of Serena's authoritative and patient comments to her little ones. Irreverent humor presents itself as she gives washing directions: "Finally, put one leg up in the air and lick your…oh dear, Domino's fallen over."
