To be fair, I'm going to try to resolve this with them, but the battery I received is far from new. Unfortunately I can't retrieve the cycle count, but it looks like it's had at least a hundred or so charge cycles and lasts less time than my 1 year old battery.

For the price, it's not too big a deal, just more of a hassle. If you get a new one this is still the best deal ever!

Exactly what you think you are getting. A new battery that works really well with a docking station that charges it outside of your cell phone. Your phone dies just swap them out and your back in business. Or I suppose if your batter life is fading, you could just use this as a replacement. Regardless works like a charm.
