Very fine work here by the author, not

exactly a household name, who chronicles

the greatest Pro Football League on earth

from 1909 through the 1981 season, when

they still paid more money than the NFL

per salary! And before the USFL and Ar.FL

came out. A collector's piece I highly recommend!
