Consider this pillow as your standard bed pillow,
This review is from: The Jackson Pillow (Health and Beauty)
Pillows are comfort items. This pillow therapeutically aligns your cervical spine. If you ever had cervical spine damage, sleep apnea, or other troubles in the area of the neck... consider this pillow first. I have used this pillow since 1983 and wouldn't sleep or travel without one. It is also valuable to support lumbar spine for those with low back pain. I use one of these in my computer chair to support my lumbosacral spine.
The pillow washes and dries well. There are standard "Jackson Pillow" covers available also. I find that they wear out and lose their supportive value in about 10 years. (I recycle the older pillows for lower back chair-supports). This is a MUST for those that have had cervical neck surgeries or for loud snorers.

I have had this pillow for a short while. It works great .The only
drawback is that the cener of the pillow needs more support. It was fine for about three weeks and then it flattened out.
