I have the Ultegra STI levers on my Trek, so went to the Hudz web site for installation instructions video(Ultegra hoods just don't slip on/off). Unable to watch or download video on web site from any type of computer both at home and work. Sent Hudz an email and never heard a word back. Not happy with Hudz. Hudz hoods still sitting in the package for now. Dealing with Amazon was great as usual.
