I have several zabutons. IMHO, this one from Hugger Mugger is superior to the others I purchased (which were cheaper). I got my first Hugger Mugger zabuton 4 years ago. I have used it with meditation pillow on top, folded in in half as a prop too many times to count, used it as a pad for shoulderstand as well as other non-yoga purposes. It is still in very good condition! The loft is good and it is as supportive today as it was 4 years ago. I finally gave away my other (cheaper) zabutons and got another Hugger Mugger. It was worth the extra money. It doesn't hurt that it has a lifetime warranty! BTW, on two occasions, I was able to go to the Hugger Mugger warehouse. I was able to see many of their products. They are all excellent!

The firmness and support of this zabuton is better than any I have ever used. I also wanted to make sure it was made in the USA, so after calling the company's headquarters, I can even recommend Hugger Mugger's customer service department. They put me on hold and quickly returned to tell me that not only was it manufactured in the USA, but also made of all USA materials. Due to labor and political unfairnesses, I will only buy products made in certain ways and from certain places. I would also say that even though its only been a number of weeks since I started using it, the product is so well made, it will retain its support and hold-up to alot of daily use for many years to come. Its well worth the extra investment!

Love the size, the handle, and the quality. Cotton batting, NOT buckwheat hull. Very comfortable on my knees.

Ths Zabuton is the perfect balance between supportive and soft. It's color is very nice, and it's durable.

I bought since the the carpet on my floor was not soft enough for long meditations. This Zabuton is great. Not too heavy, not too large. Easily stored and very comfortable for the ankles. Highly recommend.

I love it, it's great quality, comfy to sit on and I enjoy having it for meditation and when I just feel like sitting on the ground. :) I use this with the square zafu and it's very enjoyable!

This zabuton is very high quality, very solid construction. The plum color is subdued and lovely. The straps are great for carrying, which is especially helpful since it's very heavy. The only thing about it that I don't love is it is very firm, not soft and squishy, but that probably means it will last even longer.

If you are thinking of buying this zabuton for meditation I would highly recommend it. It's comfortable enough that it takes tension off your feet and knees but its sturdy enough so you can keep your meditation posture. The material is great because it doesn't collect dust. I Just love this thing, I use it 2 sometimes 3 times a day. If you are thinking of meditating for more than 30-45 minutes a day you absolutely must have a zabuton; and I would highly recommend their zafu as well.

I looked at all the zabutons on Amazon, read the reviews, and finally chose this one. It cost a little bit more but I have purchased other Hugger Mugger products and have been happy with them. I received this item quickly and it was everything I expected. There's an added bonus, I use the strap for my yoga mat. I setup the zabuton in a corner next to a window in my bedroom and it looks great. I bought the plum color and love it. I purchased a black one for my daughter and she loves hers. All in all, I recommend this product to anyone wanting an attractive and functional zabuton.

This cotton filled Zabuton is very soft and supportive under my legs and feet and I love the carry straps that also serve to cinch the cushion to utilize in other ways such as a bolster. Very high quality, soft and supportive under my legs making it possible to sit much longer. The whole space created with the Zafu and Zabuton makes for a nice ritualistic spot and place to center your mind and body.
