We use this for our autistic son.,

Our son is autistic and not fully trained at night yet. These keep the bed dry when he has an accident! They pull up like real undies which is nice, because he doesn't like anything with tabs like diapers have.

Our son just turned 5 years old and has been wearing Goodnites for Boys since he out grew regular diapers and Huggies Pull-ups (that was 2 years ago!). Yup, he's pretty big for his age, and recently moved up to the L/XL size. He potty-trained successfully (daytime) shortly after his 3rd birthday, but as the months went on, we realized the Huggies Pull-ups weren't as absorbent as the Goodnites, regardless of whether we limited fluids. Even minor leakage meant washing (and re-washing) of our boy's bed linens. Sure, we'e tried other brands (local store generic brands), and they were okay. But at $9.38 per L/XL package (and the amazon.com promo), this deal can't be beat!

Great for LARGE toddlers,

My son outgrew Pampers size 6s before his first birthday. He's off the chart for height, weight and hat size and thankfully very healthy. But his size presented a huge challenge for him fitting in well ANYTHING including diapers. I finally found goodnights and they are the only diapers he can comfortabley wear that don't leak unless on too long AND that don't break the bank. Highly recommend for babies that are Super-Sized!

They're like big diapers, they dont really feel much like underwear, but they're comfortable anyway and pretty good for bedwetting. I'm 14 and 5"7, 160 lbs and I still use these. They fit fine.

Not so many "Goodnites",

My son still has too many nights that he wakes with leakage while using this product, even with limiting fluids and using the bathroom before bed. The product provides some support but we were expecting full support while he continues to train.

They do leak depending upon the child, but help somewhat,
A Kid's Review

My 11 year old son just started a bout of bed-wetting (every night for 2 weeks) so we purchased these for him (at HIS request) and were a bit dismayed that they do in fact leak. I thought it would be important on this review to also remind parents that it is not the child's fault that they are wetting the bed, and no punishment should be given. Talking to a doctor may also help diagnose the problem. We will be talking to a doctor next Monday. Be supportive of your child, listen to them, and make sure that they are comfortable wearing these. If not, show them how to strip their bed and load the washer and know that they WILL in most cases outgrow bedwetting. Up to 15% of pre-teen boys wet their bed, so you and them are not alone.
