These are just great diapers. They make s great baby shower gift. The Winnie-the-Pooh characters on the diapers are adorable. And the most important thing: They keep baby dry.

Huggies vs Pampers,
By
This review is from: Huggies Supreme Diapers, Size 1, 50-Count (Health and Beauty)
Ahh, the ultimate controversy. I feel like I've graduated from college to adult when the hot topic with my friends has changed from 'boxers vs briefs' to 'huggies vs pampers'.
We did stage our own version of the Pepsi Challenge, and purchased Huggies, Papers, Luvs and even some other random brand I found in our local grocery store. Huggies wins hands down. Luvs leaked all the time, and was even kind of scratchy. Pampers was nice and soft, but also leaked. For us, Huggies has never leaked. The elastic bands around the legs fit well, the diapers are soft enough to not bother my son. We've used Huggies from size NB up to 3 so far and have still preferred Huggies in each size range. Within the Huggies line, I prefer the Ultra-trim (which I guess is being called something else now?) over the Huggies Supreme. The Supreme were extra padded and tended to bunch up. They didn't leak, but they just weren't as comfortable for my son's frenzied activity level. As for fit, my son has always been small for his age (10th percentile in weight, 60th percentile in height), so I'm not sure if that makes any difference... maybe pampers works better for chunky kids? Which opens up another age old controversy "does size really matter"? But that's a conversation for another day. as an added note, I buy my diapers through [...]and save lots of money by buying in bulk (can I say that here?). And for the hardcore Pampers fans, they sell Pampers too.

Only The Best For My Baby,
This review is from: Huggies Supreme Diapers, Size 1, 50-Count (Health and Beauty)
I love these diapers. I tried Pampers brand initially since they were free from the hospital and cheaper. I found them to be slimy, plastic and a squishy mess after one wetting. That totally turned me off. It was disgusting. Of course my child got a horrible diaper rash. I bought some Desitin ointment and I switched to Huggies Supreme. The rash quickly cleared and I have been hooked since. Huggies kept my babies dry even after they had wet the diaper. I am a mother of three with one due July 5, 2006 and none of them have EVER had a diaper rash since switching to Huggies Supreme. Once my peditrician even commented to me that he noticed that none of my kids ever had a diaper rash. Of course, I will be using Huggies Supreme for our newest edition also.

Boy Problems,
By
This review is from: Huggies Supreme Diapers, Size 1, 50-Count (Health and Beauty)
Many first time parents make the mistake of dissing a diaper, when it is actually their diapering skills that are at fault. When you change an infant boys diaper you must point the pee pee down unless you want a wet bed and outfit to contend with. Many parents of boys mistakenly blame the diaper for their error. Huggies are a great diaper. They are unsented and strech very well. Pampers are made longer than huggies to lure new parents into believing they are actually better. When in fact Huggies offer a far superior leak protection. Considering the non existent price difference, I strongly urge all new parents to buy Huggies and try them yourselves if you want proof. Take my word. Mother of none, Nanny to many.

Two Girls and a Boy, and always a Huggies fan,

I tried the bargain brands and they all leak, I don't care WHAT their advertising insists!!!
When I tried the Pampers brand of diapers, the leaking was the least of the problems. From the minute I opened the package, the clean diapers smelled like they had already been peed in. I thought it was just that bag, but when I was at a friend's house, their package also smelled that way. Many of my friends who have used Pampers never noticed the smell until I pointed it out, and then they too switched to other brands. Huggies Supreme is all we use now...

Constant leakage,
This review is from: Huggies Supreme Diapers, Size 1, 50-Count (Health and Beauty)
We used Huggies when my son was first born and he was constantly leaking through them. We had to change his clothes and sheets at every diaper change. We switched to Pampers Swaddlers and they are the best because they grow with your baby and expand. You don't have to worry that you are putting the diapers on too tight. However, I have heard parents who have baby girls that Huggies works well for them but everyone that I know that has a boy uses Pampers.

This diaper does not even fit my 11 1/2 pound daughter! Should be sized for up to 10 pounds.
