I have mild RA that is progressing to moderate/severe, and have started needing a cane for mobility and pain relief. This is the first cane I've ever purchased, and after using it for only a week and a half, I plan to stick with this company for a long time.
The top is very well cushioned, and fits well in my hand. It is extremely lightweight, which helps a great deal when using it every day. It also looks great and doesn't draw attention to itself.
It is adjustable, which means when you first get it, you have to push in a small button and slide the cane up or down depending on where you need it. It was a little difficult for me, with some pain in my fingers, to push the button in and hold it in. However, the cane slides up and down easily, and as you only need to adjust the cane the first time you get it, this isn't a problem. I would even say its a bonus, because it guarantees that the cane stays where you set it.
Now, this was not very important to me, but the only real disappointment was the 'reflective strap'. It isn't very long, or reflective - its just a little black strap that hangs from the back of the handle, that has a very small section that has what I presume to be reflective material. It seems more of a silly and unnecessary add-on than anything else. It is extremely simple to remove, though, so its not a problem.
Overall, this is an excellent cane. The handle fits my hand perfectly and doesn't irritate the RA in my hands and fingers at all. It's extremely light-weight and good-looking. The tip is also really nice, and very cheap - you can get replacements right here on Amazon. I would very highly recommend this to anyone.
