4.0 out of 5 stars Green Rage in a Cage!
My husband and I try to collect vintage toys but always keep our eyes open for new and interesting items and this Hulk toy fits the bill. Toy Biz did a very nice job in detailing the mold of the facial expression and in the figure. It's a little deceptive at first because you don't think it does that much but read the instructions! 2.0 out of 5 stars Annoying cage to assemble
Although my 5yr old son really enjoys playing with the hulk figure, the cage is a pain to assemble and keep track of. In itself, not worth it!

The trigger in the back of the figure works two ways; a slight push down will initiate his rage voice and cause the two front panels over the opening to snap down. A full push down on the trigger will cause him to bust out of the cage at full force. If you look closely, you can even see his chest expand as he's ready to unleash his rage --- look out!! You should have the toy set up on a table or floor because once he busts out, the panels creating the walls and ceiling all come tumbling down. Putting it back together again is a slight negative but for a child, it probably helps with hand-eye coordination. You almost wish the panels were strung together or something so you could just pull it back up into the cage shape again. If we like a toy, we always get more than one because we keep one mint and unopened - the other we play with. My husband took that one to his kindergarten class and the kids got a big kick out of it. There's no serious educational value here - just plain fun and to enjoy but isn't that what toys are for?

I bought this toy for my 9 yr old son. It was hard to put back together the first few times but now is very easy. He loves to play with this toy. Most things are not easy to put back together the first few times. Give it a chance and you will be pleased.

I BROUGHT THIS FOR MY NEPHEW FOR CHRISTMAS AND HE LOVES IT. IT'S FUN BUT KIDS CAN GET FRUSTRATED TRYING TO GET THE SIDES TO STAY UP WHILE THEY PUT THE REST OF THE CAGE TOGETHER.

I purchased this toy for my 4 year old son on his b-day ( Hulk theme) I know he will be a bit young for it but I still think he will love it, currently it is still boxed and wrapped up for him but I had fun with it just playing in the box! the face looks remarkable! made of a rubber that feels like real skin ( I can see the ears getting pulled off though :P )
not so sure about durability since its not played with yet but it looks like it will be a hit, not extremely loud but enough to keep a rowdy boys interest, and the box looks quite real with its "steel look" plus the small circle window that opens on the gentle push is a very nice touch..

If it is durable and holds up to kids this will easily be one of my sons best toys!
