If you want to know EVERYTHING, then buy a Saladin book. Not only is he a nice guy (I met him at a conference) but 5 years later am getting a Master's in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction. We are using his book and the flow, the content, and certainly the amount of detail won't leave you wanting for much.

I used this textbook for an undergrad anatomy course. It has some nice medical insights which were great. The diagrams and pictures were helpful for identification of many structures on the cadavers.

While my professor's lectures were the main source of information, this textbook has some incredible illustrations of human anatomy. I guess it's tradition to have beautiful and detailed illustration in the field of anatomy, however, I found the pictures a great guide. Although it can get word-y at times and make you lose your place in the reading if you aren't careful, the pictures are very handy. I would recommend this to any novice interested in reading about anatomy. You'll find the subject quite interesting. :)

The book came in good condition with no tears or marks in it. I would recommend this product to any students taking a Human Anatomy class in college.
