This book arrived exactly as it was described. It was in very good condition, and arrived within the week that I ordered it...so very fast shipping! Very good book, very helpful and is a must for my communication class. Thanks!

Didn't Even Receive It,

I ordered this book in the beginning of January, expecting it to be delivered by the beginning of February, (this was also according to their shipping statement). It was the 7th of February and I still hadn't received my book. I submitted a claim to Amazon.com, and luckily they gave me my money back. I wouldn't trust this company period.
