The combination of electronica and the didgeridoo, the instrument from Australia's Aboriginal population is magnificent and creates something truly interesting that sounds both new and old at the same time. What they like to call "New Age" these days.

I think this CD will do great for people who like to do what Swede's call "frigörande dans" - I have no idea what the English term would be, but when you use your body to the rhythm of music to free your inner powers, a form of meditation through dance! The music is upbeat so that's why I think frigörande dans will be a great choice to use this music for ;-)

Combining tribal, mythical sounding music with the newer rave music fits really well with me apparently... I've never been into the rave groups, even though I've always liked what I've heard when I've been in those type of shops - looking for incense and other cool inventory stuff! hehe

As the title implies, you should get this one. ;-) It's a little like an introduction to culture and other ethnic groups throughout our planet, possibly a hint of the future as well.

An excellent cd. It sounds more like a Native American band done right with the intrigue of Tibetan Buddhism than a typical new age cd. There is no hokiness. It trances prettily in a masculine-feminine balanced way- perhaps somewhat more masculine though not meant to mean "manly". There are not any songs to skip over. I got tired of it over the years at times, but now it sounds special and is favored again. There are some wonderful exotic moments worth the investment-- trance voices and flute-sounds in danceable rhythms, toned like Enigma or B Tribe slightly but faster-paced and I enjoy it better usually, especially with the emphasis on different spiritualities and personal titles yet not getting into the listener's mind, just being there good.
