This review is from: Human Mind Explained: An Owner's Guide to the Mysteries of the Mind (Henry Holt Reference Book) (Hardcover)
This is absolutely the best book on the subject of the human mind that I have ever seen. There are lots of pictures and plenty of different categories of interesting mind phenomena. This is not a reference or text book (thank goodness) but an owner's manual, as the editor says, and is fantastic for learning all about the latest findings about the mind or just casual browsing. You will love this book!

7/1/2010. Perhaps not many are interested in pouring over intricacies of the brain's manifol processes. But for a survey with excellent graphics, this is the best book to give an overall picture and so the reader can seek further research studies for in depth information on any particular part of the human brain even including forthe researcher.
