One of the most interesting topics I have ever had the pleasure to read. Going through it a second time, and looking forward to the third.

This book covers the most fundamental change in human knowledge since Charles Darwin's On the Origin of Species, by presenting a theory that we are fundamentally molecules, and that the question of life itself is a fundamentally flawed one.

Especially important is the carefully laid out historical narrative of how Thims came to his theory of the human as a molecule. Whether you ultimately agree with this work or not, it represents a paradigm shift in viewing our place in the world.

When I was given this book to read I was VERY reluctant. I flipped through the book on the way home and thought I would NEVER understand it. However, from the first chapter I found references that I could not only relate to(From mythology to Plato and so on) but they also made the book something I could get through easily. Anything I didn't get right off I was able to look up thanks to the references and links in the back of the book.

I normally do not read this type of book but I liked that it challenged my mind and the way I think about my surroundings and the way we are all connected. I have to say Well Done and Thank you for the book!
