Harem Scarem have done it yet again! This album is absolutely awesome. It's filled with great songs from start to end and jam packed with brilliant vocal melodies and outstanding harmonies. The riffs are great and the solos are amazing. The production is top-notch. Actually, the production is perfect! I've been a fan for a long time now but I'm still blown away as to how good these guys are and how consistent they are at releasing quality music time after time. This album is filled with highlights including the perfect opening song "Human Nature", the emotionally charged "Caught Up In Your World", the killer chorus of "Reality", the stunning "Hanging On", the Queen-infused chorus of "Give Love/Get Love", and the magical chorus of "Starlight". Human Nature is definitely an essential addition to your Harem Scarem catalogue and certainly one of the highlights of 2006 for all melodic rock fans. The Japanese import includes an acoustic version of Higher which is a nice bonus too.

Human Nature is my first Harem Scarem disc, but it definitely won't be my last! These guys put out an awesome album reminiscent of top notch 80's metal. Full of hooks and catchy choruses, this is a must for any pop metaller.

After discovering HS from a friend over the I-net,I couldn't believe how good their music was. I immediately tried to find everything from them that I could after hearing their debut release.With their latest release,Human Nature,Harem Scarem have stayed true to their style of music while modernizing their sound.This band,as well as bands such as Gotthard and Jaded Heart,are proving that melodic rock is alive and well.
