Excellent
Excellent. The book arrived quickly and it was in perfect condition. Like new. A very good deal. Forget the campus bookstore. Amazon it the best way to go.

Poor
It came in really bad condition ripped in the front it was the international edition not the american one and then it took them forever to respond back. It was really bad service and I would never recommend buying from them

The book came quite promptly and was as I expected, excellent condition. I bought the book for a reference, so haven't used it much, but overall like how the book is set up and it is LOADED with diagrams which is most useful to me a visual learner. My only regret is that as a hardcover its heavier. I should've gone with the soft cover version.

This book is exactly what was expected. It's not too different from the last two editions, but there are some major differences between them in chapters 3-4. This book has a really nice matte finish on the cover.
