This textbook has some good information, but it is wordy and redundant in spots. Some topics have more detail than what is needed in the real world. Chapters are too long. Make these edits, enlarge the print, and the textbook would be a better product.

It's a textbook so it not surprising that it doesn't just absorb your attention... but it does supply important information with reasonable detail. I like that it gives charts and list to help with explanations.

This book is quite "tedious". It goes on and on citing people who have done studies yet then follows these references (in almost every incident) as being "inconclusive" and not having enough data to truly draw any lasting conclusions about the information presented. Then, on numerous occasions, it will also say that many "experts" in the same field disagree with what was just presented as a method that should be used/implemented. Not really sure what this book is attempting to "teach"--it seems like more of merely a compilation of studies that have been completed (regardless of whether they are accurate, efficient, effective, etc.) that the author(s) were trying to amaze the reader with to assert their vast knowledge of the number of studies that have been done! Not sure after reading the first several chapters that I can honestly say that I have "learned" much of anything other than which studies HAVEN'T worked!

I generally buy my textbooks via Kindle and have never seen this issue before. Almost all of the images (i.e. tables, figures and graphics) in this book are nothing but gray blocks with the words "picture not available due to copyright infringement". This means that if your instructor has you do a project using any of these tables, you are screwed. I had to buy the book in paperback form, wasting about $175 and I am very upset about this.

This book seems to be written for more of the undergraduate level student. It's really not a good book to be used for graduate students. However, it is very easy to understand, easy to read and easy to follow.

The book was in great shape and I received the book very quickly. Very pleased with the service and the order.

I spent over $100 on this book and 1) it is the international edition... 2) it is NOT hardcover. The seller likely got a hold of this book for $20, and made a large profit. Not okay.

I didn't have any problems with this company. I found this book for cheap and it came quickly, in time for my class!
