Warning: This textbook has long chapters compared to your other textbooks. This class will require more reading time. Otherwise, excellent book. Previous edition so I got it for a great price. Using the M-H Connect homework/test/quiz format with the last edition was not much of a problem. There were only a few test questions not in the older text and not enough to affect your grade. Two thumbs up.

Great book, has lots of good ideas and yet it covers some of the same stuff I have used at work in the past. This will help me with the managerial responsibilities when I return to work. Nicely laid out with good questions to make you think and consider what you would do in each senario in each chapter. Beyond making you think about your decisions, it also gives you a perspective of what others would do.

It's according to the description. I love the book. It helped me a lot in the field of Human Resource Management.

Not only did I need this book fast and it came--it was in great shape. I only paid 8.00 for it and I was thrilled. Being in an accerlated MBA program we need to get our books pretty fast--buying them through Amamzon allows us to do that at a very affordable cost.

This was a great book! It really ties all the facets of HR together in a easy to understand way. Check it out.

I received the book in a timely manner in good to fair condiiton. It was a good value for the price, however I did discover a page ripped out of the book completely. Other than that Iwould make future purchases from this seller again.

This is a good deal for the book, it has helpful tools to study vocab and end of the chapter reviews.

Took over two weeks to receive book. Once received, ALL the pages were completely detached from the cover/spine of the book. In other words, as soon as I opened the package all the pages of the book fell out of the cover. Item when purchased was described as great condition, but when received was hardly from it.
