This book goes over a little bit of everything... good to get your feet wet. I am sure I will need to buy some supplements to go in depth into some of the areas mentioned in the book, but it def got my interest!

I recieved this textbook in time for classes to start and it was in the exact condition that was posted under the product originally. The reading was simple enough to understand and helpful when learning in the classroom. I would definitely recommend it for a human resource class and for those that need to get books in a hurry.

I really like this text book. I love the evidence-based approach. It is helpful and interesting to see how real organizations are responding to current issues and applying the concepts outlined in the text in their organizations.

Am in the class now, but so far it is a good book. Bought it new, so there were no damages to the book. Book definitely stresses the increasing importance of the HRM field; it provides good cases at the beginnings of every chapter.
