If this is your textbook, skip the class for now..........
This textbook is very poorly designed, while it should be a resource to help us understand common HR practices, it does not explain many of the terms used in the explanation of HR practices so unless you take the time to research the terms, this textbook makes it difficult to grasp HR management strategies. If this textbook was created for someone already practicing HR...

Book came quickly DESPITE holidays, so I was able to start my course on time. Book arrived in better condition than described - could not find any flaws with it. Looked brand new!! Would def. order again, much cheaper than list cost!!!Thanks a bunch!!!
