This is a good book for those wanting more introductory human resource information. It is structured in a manner that is efficient for learning.....images, bold letters on important words, definitions to words, real-life examples. Not just another boring text.

I ordered my book and I paid for my book, but I never recieved my merchandise. I had to purchase my book from the campus book store for the original price $136.00 when I already paid Wiggles book on line $72.00. I would like a refund. I ordered this book 1/24/2009 and it is now 3/4/2009. I do not recommend ordering from them.
