very basic HR information
I purchased this book hoping it would provide insight into human resources issues that occur when running a business. Unfortunately, it doesn't. It offers little or no "how-to" or useful information. Renckly's book does provide very basic information, but offers very little that is compelling or informative. In most cases, it simply rehashes common sense...

I found this book to be an excellent resource for my small business. It summarizes all of the relevant HR issues for any business, allowing me to choose which ones I need to address in my business.
