Editorial Reviews

2010 release from the Alt-Rock quartet. The band has been together a little over two years, but Human Resources, their debut album, boasts the camaraderie of four like-minded musicians on a mission. The first single, "Pieces," offers a taste of this "burning sound," a heavy Rock 'n' Roll bottom provided by the rhythm section of bassist Juice Dean and drummer Eddie Matta that gives way to lush melodies, characterized by Zach Webb's full-throated, emotional vocals and Clay Haywood's anthem-like guitar riffs. It's Alive's debut is the album the band has prepared all their young lives to make.

This band is surely going to become big, I mean, one listen to their music and you're hooked. They have excellent and pleasing music, and the vocalist has an excellent voice, that makes you want to replay the music all the time. Highlights of The Album Include "The Bottom", "Pieces", "Questions", "Refuge From The Wreckage", "Dialysis", and "Fool For You"

Give this band a listen, I'm sure you'll like them, in case you are wondering what's their genre, I would probably say it's Alternative Rock.

Hope this is helpful :)

The band, It's Alive, is a collection of great musicians, great songwriters, have a great & diverse rock sound & a great bunch of guys in general! I can listen to their "Human Resources" album all the way through each time, without hardly ever hitting the skip button, cause every song is that good & interesting & different! Can't say that about too may albums out there. They do melodic rock, they also hit hard, and they can go into a haunting ballad with orchestral strings or synths...the more you listen to each song, the more you love them. I can't say enough about these guys except buy their music! I hear they're working on new songs as I type, and I'll be one of the first to try & get my hands on the new album when it comes out!

Heard the track Pieces on Sirius today and looked these guys up tonight. They sound sort of like Breaking Benjamin, 30 Seconds to Mars. Catchy riffs, hooks and chorus. 80% of the songs are great the others aren't bad. I could see them touring with the bands mentioned above or Chevelle, Seether, 3 Days Grace etc.

I have to say that these guys are really good. I actually got a chance to meet them in Orlando fl, and In New York while they were recording.. and without a doubt the best group of guys I know. They don't have big heads like the rest of the industry.. Their music speaks for itself, its powerful and defining all at the same time..

Give it a listen. You wont be disappointed.
