This is a college text but I purchased it for my teen and I am glad I did. Every parent should be armed with this information to help older children figure out what human sexuality is all about.
I wish I had this information when I was younger and I am glad I read it. It got me thinking about my personal values and learning a few new things as well. I am old enough that I thought I new everything there was to know but more importantly, it helped me connect with a younger generation.

I was required to purchase this book for my class. It's easy to read and understand. I especially like the fact I do not have to highlight vocabulary because they are again defined at the bottom of the page it appears on.
The online study guide is very useful as well.

I use this for my Human Sexuality class at OSU, with Dr. Cravens-Brown, highly recommend her class. The book has several relevant pictures, includes non-hetero normative pictures, topics and language and has very accessible language. Buy it and sell it back when you're done, that's what I'm doing. Good textbook.

got this book for my college class and it is a very good tool and a pretty easy read the author explains everything in detail. I suggested this book for people that are not even taking the class just because of how knowledgeable this text is.

The level of the material wasn't quite as advanced as I had hoped, but what was there was good. The information is current and relevant. The diagrams and pictures reflect a thoughtful and broad-minded approach to the topic. I kept the book and have referred back to it a few times to answer questions that have come up in daily life.

this is another book that I bought through amazon and thought I was getting value. I was wrong again. this book comes with no access code for the mypsychkit.com. this is an inportant resourse and comes with the text bought at the college bookstore for not much more money. maybe this is not an issue with the text itself but with amazon.

I needed this book for my ANT2301 Human Sexuality Class. It is very succinct yet thorough. I would recommend it for any basic introductory Human Sex class

I was expecting a small amount of wear on the book, as described, but when I received it the bottom part of the book had water/coffee stains (and the package did not appear wet). Still a good value. Paid for, shipped and received in less then a week.

lack of code for my psych kit,
This review is from: Human Sexuality (2nd Edition) (Hardcover)
the book itself if good but it did not come with the access code to the my psych kit web site. it would be better to buy the book directly from a college store knowing it is brand new and wrapped with the access code for the my psych kit web site
