The concept is very good, but the execution is extremely poor for the cost $5,844.67 with the extended warranty.I am on my second HT 9500 with the same uncorrected problem.The foot rest does not work as claimed,(in less than two weeks after the second trial the problematic footrest does not retract as it's suppose to, causing the rest of the different massages to operate properly as they should.)This tells me two things in regard the company 1.That they do not have a quality control department that is concerned enough to make a final check on its new product before they summit it to the consumers. 2.The manufacturer seem to be more concerned in selling it's non- tested product before they put it on the market.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HT9500 UNTIL THE FOOTREST PROBLEM HAS BEEN ADDRESSED AND CORRECTED SPECIALLY AT THAT PRICE.

We bought the chair as an xmas present for ourselves but our kids use it more than we do - extremely comfortable and adaptable to different body shapes/heights. only issue is price - not cheap...
