I needed this chair, I wanted this chair.
It was delivered perfectly in just a couple of days in perfect condition.
The leather while not a fine grade will do just fine and I'm sure will offer years of low maintenance use.
So what's the problem.
I'm a software engineer so after fumbling about a bit I invited my neighbor who can assemble *ANYTHING".
We got it 'somewhat' together although it doesn't appear that are mates to most of the Velcro tabs; the two major pieces don't really appear to be seated; and the headrest refuses to hold an adjustment.
The people at the BackStore gave me the number of the people at HumanTouch. After some hunting around they emailed me the instructions that we're pretty much what I received in the container. No luck.
I told the guy at HumanTouch that .. Hey ... all I want to do is get it working right and I'd be willing to pay for someone to come out and do the job right. He indicated that I'd probably wouldn't want to do that since the minimum charge was some $250.
I probably wouldn't have winced at $125 but this is ridiculous.
On small change stuff I have a long history of just swallowing the deal. Not this time. Tomorrow, I start running the traps to return this product that is either mis-manufactured or simply missing a 5 minute youTube assembly video.
This represents probably the only 2 star review I've ever written on in all my years with Amazon.
Tomorrow, I guess I start going through the world of hurt that will be involved in returning this almost 'Perfect Chair'. Too bad.

I bought one of these from another store, and I'm on my second chair, which again, just broke another spring.
They are super comfortable, and I'm not sure what to do now. But I wont buy another one.

We have two! They were delivered FREE within a few days! The leather is a nice grade. The color red is a nice red, not too bright. The manual recline is good as no mechanical parts to break. The comfort is PERFECT! And these chairs are 1/2 price at $999! You can't beat it! I was disappointed they are made in Taiwan. They appear to be well-made and arrived in three pieces; very easy and quick to put together. I had severe back pain which I believe originated from my back. My expensive leather sectional has no support! This is the fix!
