2.0 out of 5 stars Electric Switch and motor problems, February 1, 2011

This review is from: The Human Touch Power Electric Perfect Chair Recliner - PC95 / PC-095 Dark Walnut Recline Wood Base Black Leather Pads - Interactive Health Zero Anti Gravity Chair
I've had one of these chairs for a few years... It's very comfortable, HOWEVER, I have had multiple problems with the electric switch not working... have had to replace it a few times (3) but now the company is no longer selling replacement parts.

Would be a great chair if I could fix it ... but as it is now... It's completely unusable - once the switch dies (as it has done many times), you can't move the chair position at all... i actually have to throw this chair in the trash (literally).

My husband was going to try to get some parts aftermarket (basically find some other replacement electronic parts) but the Human Touch company's customer service is HORRIBLE and wouldn't let him know voltage the motor runs at... When you ask about replacement parts, they just say "Sorry ... We don't sell those replacement parts any more".

nice.
