Human Windchime,
By lanceley chaplin (Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Human Windchime (Audio CD)
This CD is in two parts, the 60 minute "Human Windchime," and the 10 minute "Hiding in Blue." "Windchime" allows the listener to travel on the chimes' vibrations, to soar into the cosmos, carried by a pattern of sound which has no discernable rhythm except perhaps the hand of God. Each note is as fresh as the breeze that moves it, inviting the mind to relax and follow its own journey to wholeness. "Hiding in Blue" is as deep and soothing as the ocean it portrays. The multilayering of Liam's voice(the only instrument in this cut), sounds at once like a didjeridoo and, superimposed, a chant expressing deep felt awe. I use this CD in my healing practise because it probides a framework for the healing that is taking place. This CD is a must for healers, meditators, and those looking for relaxtion after a stressful day. Invite the healing sounds of Hawaii into your life.

Beautiful Sleepy Music,
By A Customer
This review is from: Human Windchime (Audio CD)
I bought this album upon a recommendation from a friend and found it so wonderfully relaxing and daydreamy. Later, I went to look for it and found that my 7 year old son had borrowed it to fall asleep to. When my day is getting a little too crazy noisy, I put this CD on and everything seems to be O-K. Thank you Selwyn for creating such an imaginative and melodic piece. It keeps me away from the red wine at the end of the day.

Liam moves with the wind and translates the quiet power of the Mother in a way that can and should be felt by everyone.I have played his music on hot humid Toronto days and frigid nights and was immediately transported to his version of paradise of cool winds and lush green. Do not fall asleep, listen

Best music I've found to relax and destress.,

I received this CD as a gift and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The music is so melodic that I find it especially good to listen to while working - my mind calms down and focuses. But it does not do Liam Selwyn's music justice to review it for utilitarian purposes. It is interesting music to really listen to - engaging music. I'm looking forward to his next effort.
