seriously this shirt is AWESOME! just be careful when you order it because when I ordered and it was in my cart it didn't give any description (short sleeves, long sleeves, etc)and by accident I ordered a muscle shirt (ugh!) so I had to send it back (as a return- no problem there) but I had to pay shipping... again (for the return). Be very careful when you order but it's a great shirt and the company was really easy to return the product.
