This is a classic. Though written in 1895, the author's comments and direction speak loudly and clearly to this time and circumstances because it speaks from the unchanging Word of God. It is a blessing for any Christian who wants to draw nearer to God and His purpose for their life.

This is one of the best books I've ever read, but it is necessary to read it slowly and carefully. A quick read will not do. A successful Christian walk depends upon the principles outlined here. I bought more and sent them to people I felt would benefit from the challenges presented in the book.

Other than the Holy Bible itself, and whether you are a new Christian or a Christian who has been seeking greater knowledge of God for a long time, nowhere will you find a more spiritual awakening and understanding of what God requires of you to fully enjoy His presence than Andrew Murray's "Humility & Absolute Surrender". Buy all of these you can and give to those who will read them. A true Christian will be truly grateful.
