The 150 PirhanaMAX Portable is a great product. The transducer has a 3" diameter suction cup, the display is wonderful and shielded, the battery is contained in the case and takes minimal time to charge. The 150 Portable has a small battery charger that plugs into the wall. The main difference between the regular and Portable 150 is the suction-cupped, removable transducer. It also has different modes and the simulator mode helped me understand what I would see prior to actually using it. I love this product. 5 STARS

What a lie about this product!!! I'm not even going to give it a star. There is no soft side carry bag, there is no suction cup transducer, there is no battery or charger. Ridiculous! I specifically bought this product so I did not have to drill through my transom which is the only way to install this Hummingbird Piranha Maz 150 product. It is not portable with an integral battery and charger. The power cable which you have to install to the boat battery or fuse box provides the power to the unit not from a chargeable unit battery. So the power comes from MY boat battery which self charges as I run my boat!!! What a load of advertising ....!
