The XNT 9 20 T includes a built-in temperature sensor, a 20-foot cable, and all the necessary high-speed hardware to get up and running right away. Although this unit has the same hole pattern as some older-version transducers, it utilizes a new design that is more secure and less prone to kick up at the high force of waves, as well as having an improved running angle, and an optional lock-down screw to override the kick up. The Humminbird XNT 9 20 T transducer is specifically designed for use with Humminbird's; Matrix 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 27, 67, 77c, 87c, 97, 717, 727, 737, 767, 777, 787, 323, 343, 363, 383, 141, 161, PMax10, PMax15, PMax20, PMax210, PMax215, PMax220, 917c, 931c, 937c, 957c, 997c, 515, 525, 535, 565,580, 585c, 595c, Piranha 2, Piranha 4, XP2000, and XP4000 sonar devices and fish finders. This transducer is backed by Humminbird's one-year limited warranty.

This review is from: Humminbird XNT 9 20 T Transom Mount Transducer (Electronics)
I have purchased numerous products from Amazon. This one, like all in the past was as advertised. It is the same transducer that came with my Humminbird originally and worked flawlessly when hooked up. Shipping was fast also!

Not Worth The Money,
This review is from: Humminbird XNT 9 20 T Transom Mount Transducer (Electronics)
While the transducer itself works perfectly fine while your boat is sitting still, if you ever contact anything in the water that causes it to kick up, you'll never be able to run at high speed again without it kicking up. When it does, you'll have no idea of the depth of water you're running in. I have a fairly slow, aluminum fishing boat (about 42 mph, top speed) and even without contacting a stump, log, grass or even the lake or river bottom, just the water pressure generated at top speed eventually caused my transducer to kick up. After I got tired of laying over the transom of the boat and reaching my arm down into the water to reset the transducer, I ordered a factory replacement. Nine fishing trips later, my new transducer had the same problem. I've now replaced it with a transom mount that does not kick up and I've had no further problem. I do not recommend this particular transducer with the kick up feature.

I ordered this item 1st through Amazon from REDSGEAR, who sent me a fishing pole instead. I contacted Amazon and they made it right. They(Amazon) offered me the same item, at the same price, and would overnight it to me as I needed it for instalation. I received transducer next day. It took @ 2 weeks for REDSGEAR to get it straight. Thanks again Amazon!!!
