I have purchased numerous products from Amazon. This one, like all in the past was as advertised. It is the same transducer that came with my Humminbird originally and worked flawlessly when hooked up. Shipping was fast also!

I ordered this item 1st through Amazon from REDSGEAR, who sent me a fishing pole instead. I contacted Amazon and they made it right. They(Amazon) offered me the same item, at the same price, and would overnight it to me as I needed it for instalation. I received transducer next day. It took @ 2 weeks for REDSGEAR to get it straight. Thanks again Amazon!!!

The item was in great condition and arrive as promised. Unfortunately I damage it during installation and end buying the whole fishfinder. My mistake!!!

I have not got to install on the boat yet. I connect it to the Humminbird Matrix 25 just for testing for now. Everything even the temp sensor seems to work fine. For the money it is a great deal.

I wanted a backup transducer in case I damaged the original. Started having erratic depth readings and no fish on sonar. Purchased this backup unit to isolate problem which turned out to be the original transducer. Sent the original to the manufacturer with the explanation of my problem. Immediately received a new unit from the manufacturer at no cost to me. Amazons price lowest I could find. Great service!

When I ordered this it said it would be approx 2-3 weeks for delivery. In fact it came in about a week. Im very pleased with delivery. The transducer was easy to install and works very well. The only reason I put 4 stars is because i thing the mount could be a little more heavy duty. Although it does the job great. Overall very pleased.

had to call humminbird. paper work with unit had no info..
to instill unit in hull.needed to know type of epoxy to used.
and how to test the unit before epoxy in hull.

This transducer seems to be much improved than the one that came from the factory with my Pirhana locator. It also seems much more stable -no wiggling and flopping around after a long run in the water- than the first one.

Had to replace a damaged transducer. This was a "drop in" replacement and of excellent quality. I use this in a deep lake that can go over 500 ft. It goes from 500 to less than 20 and back without missing a beat. Highly recommended.

Works as expected as a replacement transducer for my PiranhaMax 215. This is the one with the temperature reading (T). I had to replace my original because a squirrel chewed through the cable in multiple locations!
