The Humminbird XSO 9 20 T Stick-On Transducer is installed on the bottom of your hull via Very High Bond (VHB) tape in order to provide both a super-easy installation, and improved high-speed reading versus transom mount transducers. The XSO 9 20 T is for single-, or dual-beam use with 20-, and 60-degree beam angles and operating frequencies of 200 kHz and 83 kHz. This unit includes a connecting cable, the necessary heavy-duty two-sided 3M installation tape, and mounts under your hull so no holes are required below the water line. The XSO 9 20 T is compatible with Humminbird's; Matrix 10, Matrix 12, Matrix 15, Matrix 17, Matrix 20, Matrix 27, Matrix 67, Matrix 77, Matrix 87, Matrix 97, Piranha Max 10, Piranha Max 15, Piranha Max 20, 931C, 937C, 515, 525, 535, 565, 585C, 595C, HDR610, Piranha 2, Piranha 4, XP2000, 141C, XP4000, 727, 767, 777C2, 787C2, 323, 343C, 363, and 383c sonar systems. This transducer works well on the rear of a pontoon that has a bracket welded on from the factory. \
It stays out of harms way as my bracket is up on the toon about an inch.

I very seldom am amazed anymore, but this product did the trick. I was very sceptical that two sided tape would hold this tranducer in place on the hull of my boat at speeds of 30+ mph but so far it's doing just fine. It solved the drilling holes issue and had no backspray problems....amazing.
