I have read all Barbara Johnson's books and this little book owns up to her inspiring wisdom. Humor Me consists of short stories, cartoons, life experiences, pick-me-ups, quotes and totally humorous insights. This book will be enjoyable to any woman entering or experiencing the later part of life and finding the humor in it all.

This book is good on a plane or while you are waiting somwhere. It is funny and light reading.

I gave this as a gift to my 87 year old mother in law. She loved it!!!!!! She thought it was really funny and said some of the things Ms. Johnson wrote really applied to her :)

Barbara Johnson is one of my wife's favorites. She is absolutely funny and down to earth. She helps the average person see themselves in a different light. Her words cause us to laugh at ourselves, and not take ourselves too seriously.

Barbara Johnson is not as fabulous as I remember her in this book but what really concerned me was the quality of the paperback binding itself. It looked very cheap and was not even suitable to give to a friend as a little gift. If this is the quality of these books as a rule, I would say buy the hard back!
