I completely disagree with the previous reviewer. This is a charming book with beautiful (albeit, small)reproductions of Hunderwasser's paintings. The colors are as vibrant and dazzling as their originals, and the text contains gems from Hundertwasser's philosophy of life. The concept of the book's design is to allow the owner to transport it in their pocket, so that they may enjoy a little glimpse of beauty, as needed. This was my first encounter with Hundertwasser's art, and is a lovely introduction to his brilliance.

Complete Graphic works is a technically correct sub-title however the size of the volume limits its usefullness.
Having paid no attention to the size of the volume when I ordered it I was hoping for a reasonably sized volume with illustrations and notes that could be read without need of a magnifying glass.
Having other such volumes for his other work I was amazed when this tiny volume appeared on my doorstep.
It is basically a reprint of a previous New Zealand Catalog with illustrations added.
If you have excellent eyesight and have no need to look at details in the reproductions then this is a volume for you.
However if you enjoy viewing the tiny details that are always present in his works this is just a waste of money.

This small book is gorgeous and crafted with foil elements. It's a work of art in itself.
Following the main pieces is a generous catalog of other prints. Small but distinct.
A great gift.

If you are a Hundertwasser fan,you MUST own it!

If you like Hundertwasser, you need this book. However, you should be warned: a) book is small, about a postcard size, b) print text is hard to read, (it is actually blurred siver font on black background) c) There are only few reproductions postcard size. Most prints are postal stamp size that must be viewed using magifying glass, d) Print quality of these small reproductions is poor, especially color saturation is weak.

Anyway, this is unique book covering all Hundertwasser workd within mentioned period (with exception of one; the description says that Hundertwasser removed this work because of poor quality :)

Highly recommended for Hunderwasser's fans
