Cheryl thru this album has placed a tender drop of 'pure' love, . . . . . "a hundred ripples that circle on and on, . . . and on."

I didn't know what a Cheryl Kirking was when I first heard this album, but after listening I felt I had come to know a 'pure voice of wisdom'. Easily embraced, and taken to heart. Cheryl has painted a seascape of the colors of life; "the blue, and dim and dark clouds of life" as well as the joys of love, but most importantly the longings we all share of those "dreams we hope to live".

A beautiful voice, strong, and yet gentle. Soft but stirring. Framed by guitar and piano, strings, (often a solo violin) and packaged in a presence that turns hopeful eyes toward the heavens, . . looking . . . and in the eye of the spirit seeing a better time.

Cheryl lets her light shine brightly. She "gives your dreams wings" as she sings, "your life is a song." As you listen to Cheryls love in this music it becomes "a hundred ripples that circle on and on, . . . and on" in your heart.

Ever feel blue? Down? A little depressed? Me too.....This CD is one that I pop in and start to listen to and quickly my mood lifts.

The song Gratitude is a very uplifting piece for me...I relate to the message about being thankful that God is there for me...every day...no matter what...encouraging me to walk this life with Him...It reminds me to be grateful for his love....and the love and support of my Christian friends.

Keeper of My Dreams is a very romantic song to me....I'd love to have it at my wedding.

It's Your Song talks about hopes and dreams for the future....I'm a teacher and I played it for my seniors on their last day of classes and told them it was my wish for them.

Someone Else's Eyes....great song to make people stop and think...what would be like to be in someone elses shoes...If people went through the day singing this song in their heads the world would be much more friendly.

Cheryl also includes some familiar tunes that you'll enjoy singing along with...Simple Gifts...This Little Light of Mine.
