Totally Relaxing, and enlightening journey,

I have been afraid of trying anything like this, for fear thatI would 'lose myself', but I have that fear no more! After reading the book '100 Ways to Sunday', I decided that I would try the drumming journey. As a result, I was freed of a fear I have carried all my life, and my spirituality has opened up in leaps and bounds. The drumming in the CD is wonderful to listen to, and Robin's voice is very calming, and non threatening. The CD also has a nice introduction, and Robin holds a really in depth discussion with 3 different contemporary shamans. Many answers about journeys and drumming are answered in the discussion,which makes you very relaxed about actually taking the journey. I can not say enough about the postive results of this CD in my life! |
