I have had my friends taste the Hungarian then taste the Spanish paprica ans the Hungarian won all of them over. It truely makes any meat taste better and the gravy is out of this world.

This is as different from regular grocery store paprika as a microbrew is from Milwaukee fizzwater.It's particularly useful when you want some capsicum 'zing' without pain. While I love hot stuff like sriracha, I occasionally will need to tone down the hotness of a dish. By using this instead of cayenne, the dish still has a bit of zippiness, and a great flavor, without making it too hot. Very useful. |
